I have almost two decades experience in hospitality with 15 years of experience in Revenue and Commercial services. During my career i had the privilege of working for global brands as well as tech driven scale up. I was leading commercial openings of flagship properties and managing daily revenue operations in one of largest hotels in UK. Over the years I have faced and was tasked to overcome many challenges. From growing RevPar in a dated product through delivering Western European level results in a budget markets of Eastern Europe all the way to creation and executions of Revenue Strategy and all Commercial processes in an emerging, rapidly growing brand. I have both extensive hands on as well as leadership experience in this domain. I am now helping independent hotels and emerging brands implement Revenue and Commercial principles in their daily business operations and help them capture and grow their market share.
